About Us

Dave & Dee Dee

Dave Van Buren (a retired Richmond Police Officer and former SWAT Team member) started T.A.C.-Solutions with his wife, Dee Dee to keep people safe from harm. While offering their “Can You Survive 3 Seconds?” Concealed Carry Class they discovered a need for safety training without discussing firearms. We are proud to offer RADS: Recognize & Avoid Dangerous Situations ™. A program we designed to assist our clients in staying safe at home, in the workplace, while on vacation, at church, school, recreational activities, etc.

They are well received as speakers and their classes often qualify for continuing education credits.
