T.A.C. - Solutions
Dave Van Buren is a retired Richmond Police Officer of 26 years and 20-year SWAT Team member. Dave was on the Richmond SWAT Team when Columbine happened, and the Policing Community changed their Protocols to help all of us survive an active shooter.
Dee Dee Van Buren is a Nationally recognized NRA instructor in unarmed courses and has attended both the FBI and DHS Active Shooter Protocols classes.
